What does SYT do?

SYT is a China-based product development and supply chain execution partner. We support overseas customers with product development coordination, supplier sourcing, manufacturing coordination, quality follow-up and delivery visibility.

Is SYT a factory?

SYT is not positioned as a factory owner. We work with selected suppliers, engineering resources and manufacturing partners based on each project?s requirements. Our role is to coordinate execution, follow up risks and help customers move projects forward in China.

When should I contact SYT?

You can contact SYT when you need support with supplier sourcing, sample follow-up, engineering review, pilot run coordination, quality follow-up, production delivery or shipment readiness.

Can SYT support early-stage projects?

Yes. SYT can support early-stage projects before mass production starts, including requirement review, supplier evaluation, sample follow-up, DFM discussion and pilot run preparation.

What product categories does SYT mainly support?

SYT mainly supports consumer electronics, healthcare and wellness devices, industrial and electro-mechanical products, PCBA modules, plastic and silicone parts, enclosure parts, small electronic assemblies and related components.

Documents & Samples

What information should I share before the first review?

Useful information includes product stage, target market, product category, drawings, BOM, specifications, STEP/STP files, sample photos, target quantity, target timeline and the main challenge you want SYT to review.

Can I send BOM, drawings or STEP files to SYT?

Yes. You may send BOM, drawings, specifications, STEP/STP files, sample photos or packaging requirements for initial review. These files help SYT understand the project more accurately.

Can SYT review a project with incomplete documents?

Yes. SYT can start with available information, such as photos, rough specifications, sample references or target requirements. However, more complete documents will help improve supplier matching and quotation accuracy.

Can I send physical samples to SYT?

Yes. Physical samples are often helpful for supplier evaluation, quotation, engineering review, quality comparison or packaging assessment. Please contact SYT before sending samples so we can confirm the receiving details.

What file formats are supported?

Commonly supported formats include PDF, XLS, XLSX, STEP, STP, ZIP, JPG and PNG. If you have other file formats, please contact SYT before uploading or sending them.

How does SYT usually support a project?

SYT usually starts with requirement review, then supports supplier matching, quotation follow-up, sample coordination, engineering issue tracking, pilot run preparation, quality follow-up and shipment readiness review.

Can SYT help find suppliers in China?

Yes. SYT can help screen, evaluate and coordinate suitable suppliers based on product category, technical requirements, target cost, quality expectations, production capability and delivery risks.

Can SYT support supplier communication and follow-up?

Yes. SYT can support supplier communication, quotation follow-up, sample status tracking, engineering issue clarification, production readiness review and delivery follow-up.

Can SYT support prototype and sample follow-up?

Yes. SYT can coordinate prototype or sample follow-up, including supplier communication, sample status, issue tracking, feedback collection and next-step action follow-up.

Can SYT support pilot run preparation?

Yes. SYT can support pilot run readiness review, material status follow-up, fixture and process preparation, inspection planning, issue tracking and production coordination.

Can SYT help with shipment readiness?

Yes. SYT can help follow up final inspection, packaging and labeling checks, quantity confirmation, document readiness and open issue closure before shipment release.

Quality & Manufacturing

How does SYT support quality management?

SYT supports quality management by building quality actions into supplier qualification, sample review, process checkpoints, issue follow-up, final inspection and shipment readiness.

Can SYT support PCBA manufacturing coordination?

Yes. Through selected manufacturing partners, SYT can coordinate PCBA manufacturing follow-up, quality checkpoints, production readiness and shipment visibility for international customers.

Can SYT support final function testing or FCT follow-up?

Yes. Depending on the product and supplier setup, SYT can help coordinate final function testing requirements, test fixture readiness, testing records, issue follow-up and release status.

Can SYT inspect products before shipment?

SYT can coordinate pre-shipment inspection follow-up, including appearance check, function check, packaging check, labeling check, quantity confirmation and issue closure tracking.

Can SYT help solve quality issues during production?

Yes. SYT can help follow up quality issues with suppliers, organize issue descriptions, clarify suspected root causes, track corrective actions and report the status to customers.

Does SYT own manufacturing lines or testing equipment?

SYT does not position itself as a factory owner. Manufacturing and testing resources are coordinated through suitable suppliers or manufacturing partners according to project requirements.

Confidentiality & Commercial

Can SYT sign an NDA before detailed technical review?

Yes. NDA review can be arranged before detailed technical evaluation if required.

How will SYT handle shared project files?

Shared project files are used only for project review, supplier evaluation, quotation, engineering discussion or execution follow-up. SYT will handle project information carefully and avoid unnecessary disclosure.

Can SYT protect supplier or customer information?

SYT understands that customer, supplier and project information may be commercially sensitive. Communication scope and information sharing can be managed according to project requirements.

How fast does SYT usually respond?

SYT usually responds within one business day after reviewing your project information. For complex projects, SYT may need more time to review technical documents or clarify supplier feasibility.

Does SYT charge for initial project review?

Initial discussion and basic project understanding can usually start before a formal service arrangement. For deeper sourcing, engineering follow-up, supplier coordination or project execution work, SYT will discuss the suitable commercial arrangement based on project scope.
