Confidentiality & Controlled Information Sharing
At SYT, we understand that many projects begin with sensitive information, including drawings, CAD/STEP files, Gerber files, BOMs, product specifications, cost targets, supplier preferences, and engineering discussions.
We treat customer project information as confidential business information.
SYT does not publish, upload, or circulate customer drawings, BOMs, Gerber files, CAD data, or proprietary specifications on public supplier forums, open sourcing platforms, or anonymous chat groups.
When supplier input is required, information is shared only on a need-to-know basis with selected and project-relevant manufacturing resources. In early sourcing or feasibility stages, we may use limited, simplified, or non-sensitive technical information to check supplier capability before full project details are disclosed.
Where required, SYT can sign an NDA, NNN agreement, or project-specific confidentiality agreement before receiving sensitive project files.
Our role is not to randomly shop customer designs around the market. Our role is to protect the project, identify suitable manufacturing resources, coordinate technical communication, and support execution in a controlled and responsible way.
