Before Sending Project Files

SYT treats customer drawings, BOMs, CAD/STEP files, Gerber files, specifications, and project discussions as confidential information.

We do not publish or circulate customer files on public supplier forums, open sourcing platforms, or anonymous chat groups. Supplier communication is handled on a need-to-know basis with selected and project-relevant manufacturing resources.

If your project contains sensitive design or commercial information, we can sign an NDA, NNN agreement, or project-specific confidentiality agreement before receiving detailed files.
